What's included
All rooms
- Vacuuming and wet wiping of floors
- Cleaning all sides of windows, plus wiping frames and sills
- Wiping doors, frames, door handles, power outlets, and light switches
- Cleaning radiators (including behind them)
- Inside and outside wiping of wardrobes, cabinets, and drawers
- Dusting walls and polishing mirrors
Bathroom
- Sanitary: Cleaning toilet, sink, faucets, and shower/bathtub.
- Floor drain: Cleaning of floor drain (interior).
- Appliances: Exterior cleaning of washing machine and tumble dryer, plus lint filter cleaning.
Kitchen
- Stove & Oven: Thorough cleaning of oven, grates, and trays. We also clean behind the stove if pulled out.
- Fridge & Freezer: Cleaning inside and out, including underneath (freezer must be defrosted).
- Exhaust fan: Cleaning of fan and filter (not carbon filters).
- Dishwasher: Cleaning inside and out, including the filter.
- Surfaces: Wiping tiles, countertops, and cabinet fronts. Polishing sink and mixer tap.
Before your move-out cleaning – Checklist
Empty the home completely
The home must be empty of furniture and personal belongings. If furniture remains, we only clean the surfaces we can reach, and we do not move heavy objects for workplace safety reasons.
Electricity and water
Make sure there is access to both electricity and hot water in the home. Without lighting and hot water, we cannot guarantee a satisfactory result, especially during the winter months.
Fridge and freezer
If you have booked cleaning of the fridge and freezer, these must be emptied and defrosted before cleaning begins. Remember to leave the doors open after defrosting so they have time to dry.
Pull out appliances
If you want us to clean behind the stove, fridge, freezer, or washing machine, you need to pull these out yourself. We do not move machines due to the risk of damage to floors or pipe connections.
Existing damage
Please inform us in advance if there is existing damage in the home, such as scratched windows, broken outlets, or stains on walls that cannot be washed off.
Key handling
Agree with us in good time on how we get access to the home. You can either meet us on site or leave keys at our office by arrangement.
